// OUR PROCESS

From first meeting to ongoing support

We are with you at every step, from understanding your lab's needs to post-installation support. Our four-step process, from sales to ongoing service, is below.

01

Discovery & Needs Assessment

The process begins with an on-site visit from our field sales team. During this visit, we closely examine your existing equipment infrastructure, analytical capacity, sample diversity, and workflow — not just listening to your needs, but technically identifying them. Our goal is to build a solid foundation for determining the solution best suited to your laboratory's current and future analytical objectives.

02

Solution & Demonstration

Based on the insights gathered during the discovery phase, we identify the most suitable instrument and software combination from the portfolios of world-class brands we represent, including Waters Analytical Sciences, Waters Materials Sciences (formerly TA Instruments), Waters Wyatt, and Teledyne. Upon request, we arrange a live demonstration of the selected solution — either at your laboratory or at one of our reference facilities — to support your decision-making process with concrete, hands-on data.

03

Installation & Qualification

Following your purchase decision, our expert technical team carries out the on-site installation of your instrument. We then complete Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) processes in full compliance with international standards and relevant regulations. Your laboratory personnel subsequently receive comprehensive hands-on training to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient use of the equipment.

04

Ongoing Support

Our commitment doesn't end with installation. Guided by a true partnership approach, our experienced technical service team remains by your side for maintenance and repair, spare parts supply, software updates, and method development. Through scheduled maintenance plans and rapid response to service requests, we guarantee the uninterrupted, high performance of your instruments.
